Good large site flat but open to the road and right across the way is the trail to the falls so if you don't mind people walking by then you are gonna love it.

Camp Date: 8/15/2010

Great site for long camping trailers nice and open so if it rains you get the morning sun to dry it out. You can see the flush toilets from the site but it was not such a big deal no smell and hardly any noise. Overall good site.

Camp Date: 7/1/2010

Spacious site; close enough walk to dog beach; bike ride or longer walk to showers; washroom/shower nice & clean; surprise at boldness of bears coming around campfire pit only 1/2 hour after we went to bed; heard rather than saw it; Sunday packing up, two bears were seen roaming recently vacated sites middle of the day (bit scary for single mom, pre-teen child and two dogs) - would definitely return regardless; park rangers very attentive to following rules which was appreciated

Rating:

Camp Date: 9/16/2008

Our site was spatious and level, and very private. We were close to the flush toilet outhouses, and approximately 1/4 mile from the comfort station. We were lucky to get a site where the electrical outlet was close to where the trailer could reach (within 20 metres) - most sites are about 30 metres from the electrical outlet. There is a newer section which was not open that had an electrical outlet on every site in a good location. We stayed for 6 days. Plenty of things to do, fishing, hiking etc. Saw lots of deer.

This campsite had a great flat, gravel surface, with lots of green coverage for privacy. Nice hardwood forest surround, and a quick walk to the cascading falls on the river.
