Campground Descripton:  Nipissing Bluff drops 60 metres into Georgian Bay. Across the water is Giant's Tomb, an island where the spirit Kitchikewana rests. Below the bluff, sand, cobble and boulder beaches in sheltered Methodist Point Bay offer the best swimming. Like the kettle lake inland, they are signs of a glaciated past. From the shoreline fen to forest bog, on spirit walks and owl prowls, explore a unique convergence of wildlife and geography.

Campsite 15  - Loved this site!!!

Great site in the Turtle Campground. Lots of room, but a little sloped. Turned out to be a good thing because we woke up to a lot of rain this morning. The site has gravel and sand as its base. No sites are that close to you, and it is a bit of a walk to the washrooms. Water tap is right beside the site. This site was pretty good, and it looked like all the sites in Turtle were similar...pretty good. Great biking trails, and pretty nice, smaller beaches.

Good site. Close to privies which are not the "PIT" type but have a simple flush. Bit of a walk to showers but not much traffic by site. Entry to bluff trail is near site. Lots of families!!

Very very quiet radio free campground; no noise after 9:45; high canopy of trees through this entire campground which helped with hot humid weekend in July; spent the days at the second farthest dog beach - everyone had an awesome experience and dogs never slept better.

Site was great. The trees surrounding the site are amazingly tall. I would camp in this site again. Beaches were a little far, but not a big deal. Lots of biking and hiking.
